User Accounts

We request that users do not lie when providing their information. We rely on accurate data being given to us and our 3rd Party partners. We require users to remember and maintain their password security by using strong passwords and change it every 6 months as a good practice.

User Content & Conduct

We strongly disaggree with fraud and illegal listings on our website. This will result in you being reported and permenantly being banned from our website. We strongly recommend users to use their own content such as own pictures when creating listings as to help prevent fraud or scams. Listings that use the same image as one another can be risked of being taken down.

Fees & Payments

Users pay for the items they want and the money gets distributed to their appropreat sellers. All payments are handled through PayFast.

Limitation of Liability

We are at no stage liable for any listing or any user. Users are adviced to carefully read the description and take into account what they feel is right. If a deal seems to good to be true, then it probably is. Be smart and don't take chances if you dought something.

Dispute Resolution

Buyers and sellers are required to handle their own disputes. We are not liable for anything anyone says to each other or warning against a scam. Users are at all times required to pay carefull attention to all listings and take responsibility if they are involved in a scam. If a user requests an EFT or other payment methods other that the ones provided by us, we will not take responsibility.
We wish that all users comming across a listing that seems like a scam to report it to us using our email: eduv4902233@vossie.net with the link to the listing to be taken down and to ban the user.

Termination

We reserve the rights to suspend or terminate a users account if they violate any of our terms.
